      Returns

      *** Due to the rise of shipping costs, OOLALA will increase our return shipping charge of $9.95 effective June 15, 2023. We thank you for your understanding and support. ***

      OOLALA will accept returns for items purchased on oolalastyle.com within 15 days of receipt (with certain exclusions).

      Please see exclusions and guidelines below:

      • A $9.95 return postage charge will be deducted from your refund for each return transaction. Some exclusions may apply.
      • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, unaltered, and with all original tags attached. All original packaging and hangers must also be included in the return. Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment. 
      • OOLALA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned item(s) are in its original condition. Merchandise that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and the item(s) will be returned to you.
      • Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns from in-store purchases or items purchased through an alternate retailer at this time. 
      • Items that are heavily discounted may be marked as FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund nor exchange. 
      • We want to ensure a positive shopping experience and offer convenient returns for all of our customers.  If we identify an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers .
      • Returns are only accepted via mail.

      Exchanges

      If you would like to exchange your item(s) for a different size, please contact Customer Service at the "Contact US" link located at the bottom of the Home Page.


      Exchange and Return process:

      • Please log into your account and review the order/item you would like to return. 
      • Please contact Customer Service at the "Contact Us" link located at the bottom of the Home Page.
      • Key in your order#, reason you would like to return/exchange and a phone number where we can reach you.
      • We will email you a link for a return shipping label. 
      • Place your return slip, return item(s) in their original packaging
      • Apply your return shipping label on outside of your sealed shipping box.
       
      Refunds

      Returns may take us up to 7 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
